this edition was commissioned by Foto Rahn. The silver chrome-plated camera had a brown leather cover with black embossed ostrich leather and a special engraving of the 100-year logo on the top plate. 
Leica M-P (Typ 240) Correspondent 357 2015
this special edition was developed in collaboration with Lenny Kravitz. The glossy black painted camera had a black snakeskin leather cover. The set included two lenses: a Summicron-M 35 f/2 ASPH. and a Summilux-M 50 f/1.4 ASPH. in the 1959 design. Both camera and lenses had an aged finish, which was produced by hand. 
Leica M-P (Typ 240) Leica Store Hong Kong 5th Anniversary 357 2015
the occasion for the special series was the fifth anniversary of the Leica Store Hong Kong. The camera was silver chrome-plated and had a leather cover in Aztec beige. It came with a matching silver anodised Noctilux-M 50 f/0.95 ASPH. The set also included a half-case in a matching colour, and a carrying strap. 
Leica M-P (Typ 240) Brass Edition 35 357 2015
this special edition was commissioned by Leica Camera Asia Pacific. It was created in collaboration with luxury watch retailer The Hour Glass. The top and base plates of the camera, as well as the controls, were made of brass with a matt paint finish. The leather cover was made of chestnut-coloured cowhide and had an ostrich-style embossing. The matching lens was a Summicron-M 35 f/2 ASPH. A small hourglass was engraved in the centre of the top plate above the hot shoe. In addition, both the camera and lens were specially numbered. 
Leica M-P (Typ 240) Thailand Edition 357 2015
the camera was painted white and had several black controls. The leather covering was also black. 
Leica M-P (Typ 240) Chengdu Panda 357 2015 60 Leica Camera Asia Pacific commissioned the production of this special series in honour of the Panda Research and Breeding Station in Chengdu, China. The white-painted camera was character-ised by black controls and a black leather cover. A panda logo and the words "CHENGDU CHINA" were engraved in black on the back of the top plate. In addition, the special number XX/60 was engraved in white on the black hot shoe. The cameras were offered as a set with either a Summicron-M 28 f/2 ASPH. or a Summilux-M 35 f/1.4 ASPH. 
Leica M-P (Typ 240) 70th Anniversary Republic of Korea 357 2015
this special series was produced to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Korea's independence. The set consisted of a silver chrome-plated camera and two silver anodised lenses: Summilux-M 35 f/1.4 ASPH. and Noctilux-M 50 f/0.95 ASPH. The special engraving "70th Independence Anniversary 1945-2015" was engraved on the top plate. 
Leica M-P (Typ 240) Leica Galerie Frankfurt 357 2015
this special series was produced to mark the opening of the Leica Gallery and Store in Frankfurt on the Main. The camera was painted grey and also had a grey leather cover. The Summilux-M 50 f/1.4 ASPH. included in the set was anodised silver. The set was delivered in a special Oberwerth bag.

the camera was finished in a robust and resistant olive green paint and had a special engraving on the top plate. It was supplied as a set with a silver anodised Summicron-M 35 f/2 ASPH. with a round metal lens hood, a matching carrying strap and an SD card case. 
Leica M-P (Typ 240) grip 357 2016
this special edition was created in collaboration with the Swiss artist and photographer Rolf Sachs. The black camera was finished with a studded red rubber coating. The most important numbers on the camera and lens were also coloured red. "rolf sachs" was engraved in black on the back of the top plate. The set was delivered in a black case and included a Summilux-M 35 f/1.4 ASPH., the Leica SF 40 flash unit, a matching carrying strap, and cleaning brushes
Leica M-P (Typ 240) Marina Bay Sands 357 2016
the occasion for the special edition was the opening of the Leica Store in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. The camera was silver chrome-plated, and the leatherette cover was also silver. The three buildings of Marina Bay Sands were engraved on the top plate. In addi-tion, a lion's head was engraved in the centre of the lens hood of the matching Leica Summilux-M 35 f/1.4 ASPH.
Leica M-P (Typ 240) Leica Ginza Store 10th Anniversary 357 2016
this special series was produced to mark the tenth anniversary of the Leica Store Ginza in Tokyo. The camera and controls were milled from solid titanium and had a black leather finish. There was a special engraving on the back of the top plate. 
Leica M-P (Typ 240) Titan 357 2016
in this special version, the top plate, the base cover and the controls were milled from solid titanium. The special numbering was engraved on the hot shoe. The set also included two titanium-coloured anodised lenses: a Summicron-M 28 f/2 ASPH. and a Summicron-M 50 f/2 ASPH. 
Leica M-P (Typ 240) 150th Anniversary Canada 357 2017
this special edition was released on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the founding of Canada. The camera was anodised silver and had a "Canada 150" emblem engraved in red on the top plate. The same engraving was also on the matching Summicron-M 35 f/2 ASPH. The leather covering of the camera was made of red cowhide. The rope strap in the set was also made of the same leather.
